Ran 15 miles with Clyde and Bill, we went down around the Black Hill, over to River Road, back on the Blvd and Diagonal. Took 1:47 which worked out to be 7:08 mile pace. I felt pretty good the first half, then the legs started feeling pretty heavy especially up the gradual hill on River Road. Once we got on to St. George Blvd I felt a little better, and I tried picking up the pace a little on the Diagonal. Overall, a good workout and feeling ready for Boston in two weeks! |
