| total running time 71:39. plan was run with alejandro in el Bosque de Aragon, I wanted to run a little bit more up tempo... did for a while but then tired out. splits 9:44, 9:34, 9:21, 10:22 (stopped for a rock and forgot to stop my watch and then when I started back up I actually had stopped the watch- ran about 0.05 miles without the watch on), 9:46, (rested at 5.05 miles) , 9:55, (rested again just after 6 miles), 10:26, 2:30. I have really lost a lot of fitness. I cut back due to my left leg, I am walking less steps per week, I strained my hamstring 2weeks ago and then I got diarrhea. I will need to start building back up.
