| total running time 58:23. ran to the Bosque and then did about 6K with Alejandro. Left hamstring feeling a bit better. About 1.5 K stretch on the esat side of the Bosque went slow as we were dodging adn jumping puddles. splits 9:36, 9:19, 9:35, 9:26, 9:26, 9:29, 1:33. ave HR way off.

| total running time 20:26. plan was easy run. There were less lights on around the area due to the earthquake. I wish my heart rate info was accurate. definitely have regular interference distoring the ehart rate here.

| total running time 51:46. Plan was for 7.15 miles and to try to go a bit uptempo while at the Bosque. However, I had diarrhea at 4:30 am and then again just before I left on the run at 6;15. Then at about 3.1 miles of my run I ahd to find some bushes and go again. I ended up cutting the run short. splits 9:49, 9:47, 9:50, 9:47, 10:54, 1:39.
