| total time 76:44. plan was to run 9 miles and to do the first 5 in about 9:10 pace followed 8:30 pace for the last 4 miles. Hiking the Pena de Bernal did fit with that plan. did ok for the first 7 miles but the wheels came off. splits 9:17, 9;13, 9:13, 9:06, 9:03, 8:25, 8:35, 8:56, 5:00.
