| total time 69:37. plan was warm up for 2 miles then 1K repeats with 1 minute rest (off the clock) for a total of 8 repeats (5 miles). splits 9:39, 9:16 (3x 0.05 mile striders), 7:52, 7:56, 8:04, 8:14, 8:38, 9:57. ave HR 131. These work-outs have gotten harder since I started them... I can tell that this is because I ahven't been doiing additional cross training.

total bike time 29:39. 12 mph 5 mile split 24:14. the wind really had picked up.

| total running time 39:48. got the vaccine yesterday afternoon. Felt a bit achy but mostly would NOT sleep. I only dozed for 4 hours seemingly aware of everything. the run was slow but still seemed hard. splits 9:56, 10:00, 9:55, 9:57. ave HR 120.

| total running time 93:54. slept better so I thought i would do my original plan for 12 miles with 4 uptempo miles starting at 2, 5, 8, adn 11 miles. I ran the first set in about the planned time but then couldn't maintain the planned pace of 9:10. I rearranged my plan and did 10 miles total with uptempo miles at 2 miles, 6 miles, and 9 miles. splits 9:23, 9:06, 8:44, 9:29, 9:23, 9:29, 8:49, 10:23, 10:07, 9:01. ave HR 120. I really struggled. I stopped and rest at 4, 6,7,8, and 9 miles. I came to the conclusion that the vaccine affected me more than I realized.
