45 minutes on the exercise bike- 15.1 miles. This was in the morning.
In the evening I started my chage in how I do things. I only had a short time but I went for an out and back run in 21:35. Out in 10:51 and back in 10:44. On the way back I ran a 5 minute tempo but then shut it down to pretty slow. I am doing this mostly to get to work earlier when I am the most efficient. My goal is to limit my work day to 11 hours and have time for a short run before any church meetings in the evening. we'll see. |
