total running time 49:02. I slept a lot and felt rested. The plan was to warm-up for 10 minutes and then run 2 minutes uptempo with 3 minutes recovery. I did well until about 3.5 miles when I had a hard time. I had a 4 minute recovery interval from 37 to 41 minutes and then felt like I did the last 2 better. splits 9:44, 9:15, 9:10, 9:20, 9:49, 1:45. ave HR was 128. this was close to being correct (no obviuos interference when HR was 150-170).
