Lunch run out and back. I finally ran a non stop. Almost stopped to stretch at mile 1.5
Lunch run. 5k - felt good. Light rain, short stretch at mile 1.5 & 2.6
I did lots of stretching and calisthenics. That helped a lot
Lunch run. Maybe I'm too early on my start up to do two 5k runs in the same week. I did ok but I had to stop a few times to stretch. I felt good at the end.
