Ran the whole thing with relative ease!! I was hungry from the start. My stomach growled when the start gun fired! I tried eating at every station. By mile 21 the mucsles alarmed me that there was nothing left (no ATP left). My muscles were flexing all over the place and never together. I wobbled for a few miles until cathy saw me and handed me a DrP and chocolate. The last 2 miles were okay. I hoped for 4 hr finish. Happy with 4:18!!

I sang in my head mostly Art Cowles (one of my son in laws) album The Astromaut. I believe that helped me from having a seizure during the race, but I did have a mild seisure right when I hit the finish line! Yay... I finished before I went down!!
