AM- I road exercise bike about 3.6 miles and felt good.

 

PM- I ran 3 miles to hot nails and back and it was all right.

AM- I road exercise bike for about 4 miles and my knee felt good.

 

PM- I ran 3 miles and my knee felt alright.

AM- I didn't ride exercise bike because my knee was hurting.

 

PM- I ran 3 miles and for the most part my knee was alright.

AM- I road about 3 miles and exercise bike.

AM- I went about 4 miles on exercise bike and felt good.

 

PM- up and Nebo I ran 4 miles and striders and I was suprised that I was able to go that much. I felt good after I stretched and rolled out my legs.

AM- I warmed up for race at Wasatch and I was doing good the first 1.5 miles but, after that first 1.5 miles I had to stop to through up about 3 to 4 times and that add about 1 min to 1 1/2 minutes but, after that I felt good and was going a faster past and the last miles was good. I got a 20:56 which is way bad for me but, I did good for the most part out of the race.
