AM- we did 1 mile warm/cool and 6 mile repeats on the dirt mile. I had to get around 6:45, but on the last two I got 6:12 and 6:10, because I had to go at 8:30 and I felt pretty good and the run.

 

PM- I ran 3 miles with the team and we had weights and plials and the run was alright.

AM- we went a 6 miles 1 mile warm/cool and 1/1's and I was able to do 12 and I was able to stay with Matt and Kyler for most of it.

 

PM- I ran 3 miles with Matt and it wasn't to bad.

AM- we had are first time trial and I did 2 miles warm/cool and a 2 mile race, also striders after. I got 12.04.9 and it was pretty good in my trainers and I was the seventh guy, Cam did good I was kind of mad he beat me by .3, but I will just have to do better next time.

 

PM- Me and Matt ran 3 miles and my legs were sore, it was a nice and easy run.

AM- I ran 10 miles with 3.5 miles with tempo around 6:00 min. I ran 3 miles befor practise, because I had something at 8:15 and than I ran out 3.5 miles with the team and flipped it and my first mile was around 6:09 the secount one was around 6:20 and the last one around 6:10 and it was a little hard the last half of the tempo, because I was by my self.

 

PM- I ran 3 miles with the team and it was nice and easy than we did weights after.

AM- we ran 7 miles. 3 of it was on grass and than we had a hill work out 6x1:00 and 3x30 and I think I did pretty good on the hills and Cam did amazeing on his last one min.

 

PM- I ran around 3 miles with Matt and my legs were way tight, but they loosed a little through out the run.

AM- I ran 5 miles with Matt and we ran down into the fields and it was nice and my legs were doing better than yesterday.
