The wind was blowing pretty good this morning and it was chilly so I decided to hit the treadmill before work.  Ran 2 miles at 7:45 average and 2 at 6:50 average.

Noon - Outside for a 5 mile river run in the wind.  temp - 55, pace 7:40

Ran 13.5 miles from home on a clear, breezy day.  This is my last longer run before the marathon.  I ran a decent pace up to 13.1 miles just to see what my half marathon time would be and then walked for a minute before trudging up the rest of the hill to home. The half marathon time was 1:40:02. I have not run a half masrathon yet, but that is my best time in practice.     Pace 7:38
