AM - Ran a very poky 3 miles on the TM.  Since I was short on time, had to cut off at 3.   

 

Noon - The weather was quite windy so I ran another 4 TM miles at about a 7:20 pace.

Treadmill run in the morning  - speeds were 7:30, 7:11, 6:58, 6:58. 

Between family, friends, work, and all the other unplanned stuff, it is constantly a struggle to find time for running.   I am becoming more impressed all the time with the serious runners on this blog that continually make 50 or more miles per week.
