Ran 13.5 miles from home on a clear, breezy day.  This is my last longer run before the marathon.  I ran a decent pace up to 13.1 miles just to see what my half marathon time would be and then walked for a minute before trudging up the rest of the hill to home. The half marathon time was 1:40:02. I have not run a half masrathon yet, but that is my best time in practice.     Pace 7:38

Very nice run. My PR for the half is 1:44, so you have my praises. Looks like you will be ready to go for Montana. Good luck!

Thanks, I hope I'm ready.... Have not seen you out for a while. Are the feet any better?
