AM run around the neighborhood on a nice, but overcast morning.  I know I am not a morning person, but I really struggle with getting a decent pace going in the early AM particularly with all the hilly sections.  It seems to affect me more than later in the day.  The attack bird sneaked up on me today, but only harrassed me for about 100 ft.  I am thinking he would make a nice treat for my cats.  Pace - 7:48

Noon run on the greenbelt.  The clouds parted for a while and made for a great 6.2 mile run.  Pace - 7:22

Some people run with a dog for protection...nothing wrong with running with your cat.

I have been taking this week off from running. I am trying to get my feet healed up. The left one is doing much better. The right is better, but is a bit more stubborn. I am doing stationary bike and weights to cross train while my feet get better.

Running a cat on a leash could be interesting. Being arrogant cats, I'm sure they would prefer I push them in a jog stroller and just get out when I need protection.

Sorry to hear the feet are still bad. Sounds like you are getting better though. Good job with the cross training

Just what are you doing out there, Alfred?

Next time run with a gun and just shoot it!
