Good to see you back. I didn't know your were gone and was wondering why I had seen anything on the blog and I hadn't seen you on the greenbelt. I haven't been running as much as I should lately, so my failure to blog is due to lack of good running. I have been so busy with soccer and work around the house (playset for the kids) that I haven't been running like I should. Soccer is now over and we are getting close to finishing the work at the house, so I'm hoping things will get better.

Thanks, It was real nice running on the coast in San Clemente. Perfect weather there - If I did not have to work, It would be a great place to live! I have fallen way off on the miles too. It's about time to start the training program if we are running Top of Utah.
