My first run since Ogden.  The legs are basically recovered but still a little stiff and my big toe looks pretty bad.  Overall feel very good.

Ran the greenbelt on a calm, beautiful day.  temp - 77

Hey, where are the runs? How is the weather back in good old IF?

Hey Jeff!

Hope you have been enjoying the sun and surf! Wish we were there...

We have had semi cool, rainy weather for most of your vacation. Good call on your timing.

I was a running slug last week and then got another round of the sick bug this week. Feeling a little better now and actually got out today. Off to CA tomorrow. See you next week.

Your GPS is in yor desk drawer- thanks.
