AM - Nice slow morning run.  Light breezes and low 40's.  Ran to Cotton Road and back for a total of 4.8 miles.   Pace - 8:30.

Noon - Made a loop around the greenbelt for a total 5 mile run.  Planned for (and achieved!) a slow easy run and did not take the GPS.   My legs are still a little stiff from the downhill last weekend.  I probably should have done a few more training downhills since Ogden is a lot of downhill!  With a little over a week to go paranoia is setting in - everyone around me seems to have a cold right now and I am washing my hands like a fanatic.

Temp - 49,  Windy.

Nice day of running! I hear you about the sickness around us...Jim just told me his son is sick as a dog as we were driving to the desert yesterday. If I could have ridden outside I would have after he told me he expects to get it next!

I may not be in today to help with honey-do's, I will call you to see what's going on and to plan tomorrow's run.
