Catch up Post  Ran up the backside of Sunnyside hill and then down the front to Ammon road and home (6 - 7 miles of downhill).  Beautiful morning with light breezes and about 40 F.  I am guessing on my time since I had no watch or GPS.  My sore calves are telling me to run a little more downhill before the marathon!

With no GPS you were probably in the 6:30 pace range. Great run! I need to get up there soon and run Sunnyside!

Thanks. Yes, it must have been the fastest I have ever run, probably olymic qualifying speed. Wish I had some sort of proof..darn! I want to hit the hill once more as well. If you want to hit Sunnyside one evening (or maybe Friday), let me know.
