Went for a long run from home today.  The run out was not great since our spring winds were in full force and in my face for 8 miles.  Things were much better on the loop back home with the exception of an overprotective farm dog  Temperature was in the low 40s with mostly cloudy skies and one brief snow storm.  Average pace - 8:02

Very nice run! Great pace for that distance. The wind just made it that much better of a training run. At least that's what I told myself on my run in Sun Valley. Doesn't make it feel better, but it helps a little.
