Catch-up post

 

Ran 13.5 from home at an average 8:20 pace.  Temp in the high 30's with a north wind.  Still fighting a cold which is keeping the pace down, but felt good during the run.

Way to get it done! I should have been out there with you. I did manage a 4.2 mile run in the afternoon (7:27 pace)!

Wow! a 7:27 pace! You are really improving the speed. Let me know when you want to take a long slower one.

How about this Saturday morning? What is your long run plan for this week? I may not be able to stay with you for your entire run, but I still want to hit 14 miles at about a 8:15-8:30 pace.
