Ran the greenbelt to Panchari Bridge ot noon. It is a very nice day for running with temps in the low 50's and no wind. Ran the first couple of miles with Dave and then continued on alone. I am trying to get my speed up a little and it is improving, but I need more miles to make it less painful. Pace - 7:24

Nice run. Weather here is crappy, much rather be there in the 60's.
