No morning run today.   I planned to go and have lots of excuses but basically lazyness dominated again!  Maybe tomorrow.

Outside for a windy 5 mile run at noon.  The wind was almost too much today, but the temperature was mid 40's so I held onto my hat and went.  The times were pretty good and if the GPS had not lost signal, I may have ended up with 4 fast (under 7:30 is my outside fast) miles.  I am planning to take my daughter to northern Idaho later this week for a college tour, so my miles may be light again this week.  I will try to run while there, particulaly since it is a much lower elevation and warmer climate.

Way to get it done. I also got out yesterday in that wind. I went out at about 10 am. It was brutal on Sunnyside against the wind. Keep it up.
