Ran the TM in the morning for 4.5 miles. Ran 3.5 miles at a 7:30 pace and 1 mile at 6:53.
Outside for a 5.1 mile noon run around the greenbelt. The day is gray with light winds and about 32 F. It was a nice run and there are even a few places where I could run on the grass. For the most part though, the path is still surrounded by 1- 2 ft of snow. We just have not had any warm weather yet to take the snow out. Cmon spring! |
