Ran the greenbelt at noon.  The time change combined with a motivational problem kept me from the TM this morning.  Nice easy pace about 7:50/mile.  The day is sunny, about 30 and light winds.

"Nice easy pace". I was at 7:58 today and it didn't feel all that easy. You are knocking down some good paces, so this is easy for you. By the way, nice run on Saturday with Jeff S. I was feeling pretty good about my 12-miler at 8:18 pace until I saw your 15+ at sub 8 pace. Keep it up. Ogden is coming.

You guys are both really progression in your training and will definitely be ready for Ogden if you keep this up!

Thanks, these gradual pace increases are nice to see. You have really stepped it up as well Clydesdale, soon to be thoroughbred!

I calculate that, at my current rate of increase, I will be running at Jtshad speed when I am about 91.

But it won't help because you will be even faster by then!
