My first entry to the blog!  If all goes well, I plan on running the Ogden Marathon in May.

Today was 10 degrees with a cold north wind (wind chill - 3 degrees).  Ran the Idaho Falls greenbelt to Pancheri bridge.  Total time: 49:30

Welcome to the blog! I think there will be quite a lot of us bloggers at Ogden.

Have you run a marathon before? We'd love to have your profile filled out (that blue box on the left of the blog) to get to know you better. Welcome to the blog!

Welcome, there will be a lot of bloggers at Ogden for sure and I am sure there will be a blog party as well. Let us know more about your current fitness and goals when you get a chance so others can give encouragement, advice etc...

Man, where are you? I know you are running, right?

Made it to AZ (after nasty roads in Utah).

Fun in the sun and warmth. Thinking of you there in IF...not!

Hi, Thanks for the nice welcome! I have never run a marathon, though I've been thinking about one for years. I am not a fast runner, but would really like to get my speed consistent enough up to do the marathon in 3.5 hours. Jeff, good luck in Phoenix!
