River run at noon for 6.1 miles.  I am still fighting a sore throat and stuffy head, but physically feel fine.  I made better time than expected -so I must be beating this crud.   I hope to get a long one in tomorrow before the weather turns bad.

Good run. I also hope to get in a decent run tomorrow. My hamstring is still sore and last night a pulled my calf muscle on the same leg! I have really been babying it and no running today. I am hoping that tomorrow I will be able to run some. My plan is to do a pretty slow run, but long. I may run down Sunnyside from the dump.

I have soccer at 9:00 am and don't even know when I would work it in, but I'll try. I'd invite you along, but my pace will be slow (8:30-8:45 ish) and I have no idea of the time yet.

Take care of that leg! Strange that you only have problems with the one. Have you tried different shoes?

I don't know what time I am heading out tomorrow, but plan on doing a progressive starting at an 8:30-8:45 pace for the first 5 miles and then gradually increase to whatever my old body will take. If I don't get out until late morning, I will give you a call and maybe we could stage vehicles and do the first miles together.
