PVXC Autumn Classic @ Dirt Mile (3 Miles) 00:16:05, Place overall: 1 | | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and it is bright in the morning now? Weird.
pm- 7 miles/ PVXC Autumn Classic(3 mile), warm/cool. Today was a good race. I pushed myself with Nick and then he was hurting from sickness so I took off. Good race but it felt...off. Idk why but it just didn't feel right. oh well I was happy for Andrew who finished 5th on the team. He has gotta be my fav red-head;)
DEFINITION OF THE DAY: Royal- having the status of a king or queen or a member of their family. This is in honor of the good ol' Royals who won the World Series yesterday. Beast. Alright peace out.

| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and Alli is in Portuguese today. Good job for Alli for attending school.
pm- 5.6 miles/ 45 min E. Wow what a run. We ran down to Sullivan via the trail. Then we did shoe run and dropped a box with flowers @ the Ellsworths house. That was beast. Then we went a random way back and dropped down through and all around Sandbergs Resort. It was super kewl. Then we were trying to trick Qorbin to go straight instead of turning left, so I gave him a good juke, but unfortunately I pivited right on a sandy pile of dirt. Yah I bif'd hard and got my elbow bloody and now it is a lil' ache-y. Fun day and yeah.
DEFINITION OF THE DAY: Dancing- move rhythmically to music, typically following a set sequence of steps. This is in honor of finishing the Fox Trot in Social Dance today. Wow such a beast class. Definitely gonna take the next one!

| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and the paper said that today's low is 23. I dont believe it.
pm- 7.5 miles/ 55 min total. 100m hard, 2x(2x1000m@ I pace w/ 3min rec, 400@ strong w/ 5 min rec first time) then 30 sec. rec. and finish w/ 100m all out. 15min warm/5 cool. Solid workout today. Same as last week except for the hard core rain. Goal times were same as last, 3:17-20 on the 1000's and just a quick time for the 400's. The first was 3:20 and the rest were 14,15, or 16. Solid workout, but it was weird not having Paul there. His presence always helps me push myself. XC Banquet was tonight and that was beast. THe food was delicious and yah.

| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and Alli is giving "hanging out" advice to Bentley Cox in Portuguese.
pm- 5.5 miles/ 45 min, Master Blasters (8x200s in relay-type style). Great workout today. We had Master-Blasters today. I went to the bathroom right after the warmup so I wasnt on a quick team which was just fine. So I was doing catch-up on all but the last set of 2. The last set we had to make new teams cause some of the girls dropped out. So my new team was Skylar, Jason and I and we dominated!! We won by a good 3 seconds. That was also good cause then I got to experience trying to catch people like in the end of a race for the first few sets and the last set was practice for keeping a lead. Good day and yah.
DEFINITION OF THE DAY: Footbag- A small round bag filled with plastic pellets or other material and used in games that require its being kept aloft with the feet. This is in honor of me and Andrew going to the Mall after practice today and getting footbags aka hacky sacks AKA Sepa!! Such a beast thing to do 'yal, you should try it. I thank my bro Bryan Loya for showing me the ways;)

| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and it was warm this morning? We got weird weather down here.
pm- 3.8 miles/ 30 min E. Nice chill run out and around the neighborhoods of my stake. Pretty beast. It was sooooooooooooooooooooo freakin cold today!! I didn't bring a jacket to wear so it was even worse. I came home and ate a nice bowl of chicken vegetable soup and that warmed me up.
DEFINITION OF THE DAY: Superstition- excessively credulous belief in and reverence for supernatural beings. Today's word is superstition because I have, for the second time, lost my hacky-sack a day after I purchased it. This time it was because Andrew kicked it onto the top of the school. Such a bummer but oh well, when gives ya lemons, make some lemonade. Or take it to Chick-fil-a and have them make it into some delicious lemonade!

pm- 5.4 miles/ Swag Dirt Race Extravaganza of Wonderment and Understanding vs. DHHS XC, warm/cool. Good race today with the hills dudes. Oh man, Im just gonna say that you Dhills guys are super beast. That surge at the mile mark was legit. I was not happy at first since dhills perfect scored but then I heard my time and I was satisfied. But I know what I should have done better so it was a good learned experience.

| | am- 7.85 miles trail run. So I drove out to the Washington overpass and ran Grapevine trail. I was going on it for a while and then it ended but then I got to Bracken's Loop. I had never ran on that before so I went on that for a bit and then the trail disappeared! So I just cut through the desert and back over to the Grapevine Trail. When I got there, this dude was running and stopped and asked about what was ahead on the trail. He ended just going back with me. Turns out this guy was Dan Crooker, and he was a beast runner and still is!! It was cool talking to him about people he coached and also his running. Good day and yeah.

PV Dream Mile (1 Miles) 00:04:55, Place overall: 7 | | pm- PV Dream Mile, warm/cool. Today was a disapointing day. So it was the dream mile and I was wanting to go 4:30ish but the wind jacked that up. So I started with a 1:08 but I was tired from the wind and I kinda gave up for a couple laps. I went 1:20 and then 1:21. Then I was like "freak I am not gonna get 9th or even 10th on the team!" so I kicked it in and finished in a 1:06. Bad race but thats okay.

NXR-SW 2015 Championship Race (3.107 Miles) 00:16:07, Place overall: 97 | | am- alright warmed up and got ready to race. put in the gold spikes cause they were legit!.
Get to the starting line and the girl is singing the national anthem. Wow I started tearing up because I have been watching and running XC since 5th grade. I watched my brothers at this race and they were good. I just am soo thankful we got in as a team. I also was just thinking how great our country is and yeah. Wow so anywho, the race starts and I started decent but definitely could have been better. once we got to the opened up part going up to the first turn, Joe from AF came right next to me and like i went right behind him because the spot we were at was wide open. Then he took off, along with Mckay Johns and that is when I should gone with them, since I know it would have placed me in a great spot. so i chilled and came across the mile at like 4:58. Felt super cheese. Then i surged but so did the pack I was in. I felt like I was passing a lot of people but I really just stayed in the same place. I placed 1st on our team, which was good but bad. I know that I can improve a lot from this and so I am going for the win at Footlocker in my Junior race. Thats the goal. Peace out
