I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| Nice run with great weather, it will go down hill and tomorrow but should be good the rest of week. My leg did good today and I enjoyed the run. It is starting to be fun again now that the injuries have subsided. I did 25 min on my upper body with the Bowflex. and finished with 200 crunches. I wonder if I can lose 15 or twenty before spring? We'll see. |

| It was a colder day today but it was still a great run. It is always good to be outside. I did a little bit more today and the old body did okay. I did some strength training on my upper body and did about 200 crunches. |

| The run was a little bit warmer today, although the wind made it feel cold. But it was still a great run. I did full golf course loop today have not done that since before the marathon. it felt good to go a little longer today. |

| I did another golf course loop and just enjoyed the the Indian Summer weather. For the most part I feel good about what I have been able to do this week, I will take tomorrow off and recoup. I think I will try a little longer run on sat. I finished with 200 crunches. |

| Today's run took me out to the base of Harry's Hill and back just went nice and easy and enjoyed the fall weather. My legs did okay did get kind of tired towards the end but it did feel good to be out on a sat morn. It's been an okay week of training. |
