I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| Nice run today, I did a golf course loop and then threw in the new trail along the river. The old legs did good today, had lots of energy and felt like kicking it a bit at times. I did some upper body strength training on the bowflex,a finished todays workout with 200 crunches and spent some with my friend the big blue roller. Great workout today. |

| I did another run througth the river bottoms today, wonderful fall temps med 60's. Just a real peach of a day. I did my 25 min. routine on the bowflex, upper body and 200 crunches. Then hit the roller again. |

| Today another golf course loop very bonus fall weather, I know it will change for the colder weather any day now. So I will take these bonus days and enjoy. Feeling good though, no diffinate troubles at this point. knock on wood. |

| Nice long run today, ran out to Little Bro's house and back, nice temps and i made it back just before the rain hit.I feel good it nice to et out and just enjoy the fall morn. lots of runners out. Been a good week of training. |
