Two days in a row that my legs have felt real good, last weeks reduced milage helped my body recover a little bit. It was another gorgeous day the sun blazing away with thunder showers over the mountain tops. I did the golf course loop again but in reverse which gives me some steepr up hill work out. Once I got to the golf course I took the little side trail that goes along the river. It is a beautiful little trail and shaddy. I finishe dtodays work oiut with 200 crunches.
Next month I will be doing the Provo River 10 miler, in July the Freedom Festival 10k and the Speedy Spaniard 10k. For Aug. I will do the Provo River Half Marathon. Sept. will be the Spanish Fork Half Marathon, the in Oct. The St George Marathon. Should be a great summer. |
