I did the out and back to GU Corner today. That's about all I had time for. Finished with 30 min of Bowflex on the upper body, and ended with 250 cruches. I am having a hard time trying to determine what is most essential at this point. With the increased demands at work to put in more hours and trying to keep up with the training is proving to be difficult. Work takes more time away from family and the training for SGM is taking time away from them also. I feel like I am doing alot of good things and I need to deterimne what is most essential. So my blogging may have to take a back seat for a time. I will check in when I can and do my best to continue my training, I am reguired to be at work at least 3 sat. morns each month, which puts my sat. long runs begining at 10 am. It will make for a long hot run, I don't know what to do. Just do my best and hope for the best. Catch ya latter. |
