My legs did feel a little better today not as sore on the downhill so they are starting to come back around. It will be another week I'm sure before they are not feeling whacked. I did the Golf Course loop today with the river trail, ketped an eye out for any Cougars. I quess someone had on in there garage here in town. Kind of bizare, I finished with 200 crunches. See ya sat. Can't wait for my long run. |
