I took a week off to see if I could get contol of my left calf, give it a rest. I ran out to gu corner and back today to see how it would do. Did well for the most part, I will do some lite runs for the next few days and see how it holds up. My goal is to get back in full training mode on Monday of next week if things go well the next few days. I was ablet to do some time on the bowflex each day and work the upper body finish with some crunches. |
