AM: 6.5  First day of practice with the college team.  It was a good run, starting at the college we went to the trail and continued on that to the Dixie Center where we turned around. Started out at a faster pace then I was expecting but still felt really good.  One of the better runs lately. The whole run counted today seeing that not one mile was over 7 min. pace, that's for you Mike!

PM: 1.5  Ran with my parents around the neighborhood.

AM: 5- Ran twenty minutes out and twenty minutes back, just nice and easy, we were supposed to run on the grass but we didn't make it to the fields we were heading to so that didn't really happpen.  Good run, didn't start out as fast as yesterday thankfully, wore my compression sleeves during the run and kept them on for awhile after as well.

PM: 6- Met at Little Valley Stake Center and did Meatgrinder 2X. 'nough said.  Rather hard and tiring but not as bad as I was expecting.

PM: 2- Ran with my parents again through the neighborhood nice and easy.  (Fivefingers 2.00miles)

AM: 4.5- Ran to Dixie High School and did some barefoot around the park area.  Not the best place to do barefoot, just saying.  I ran into a patch of Goat Head/Bull Head whatever you call them, stickaburs. Yeah that hurt.   My right leg was hurting a bit this morning but not too bad,  a bit of rolling should do the trick.

PM: 6- 800 repeats. Splits- 2:42, 2:38, 2:38, 2:39, 2:38, 2:41, 2:35.  Pretty consistant, and the team stayed together really well.  Other than the bottom of my feet hurting still from the thorns this morning, I felt great.

AM: STGM, 10- Great Run, one of the best 10 milers I've had.  We ran the last part of the STG marathon, Nick and I did a bit of tempo for the last 2 miles or so.  Felt Awesome (tree)   After, I went to the High School meet at Hurricane and there I ran the last 3 miles of Devo's workout with him.

PM: 1.5- Ran with my mom.

This week has been of the best weeks I've had in awhile, been feeling well and strong. Lets hope it continues.
