| | AM-5 miles with Michael, Talem, and even Danny Carney joined us today.
PM-10x1000m at tempo pace. Due to some slight soreness, I took the workout a bit easier initially. Started around 3:01, and was around 3:00-02 for the first few. Ran the last four around 2:52-58. Didn't feel terrible, didn't feel great, just kinda sore. It was surprisingly hot, and I drank water after every other. The team looked great, the pack was a few seconds ahead of where we were 4 weeks ago.

| | AM-10.2 with Talem, Michael, and Jake. Well, the last 5 were with just Talem.
PM-6 on the Alter-G. Felt a little more tired from the past week, so I'll take it a bit easier to rest.

| | AM-4.5 miles with Michael and Jake. I would've gone farther, but just trying to ease back a bit. Mostly grass loops.
PM-2x(mile, 1200m, 800m). We ran it all on the grass by the track. Wardy was coming off an insane workout, and Milly and Clayton were coming off their races, so they were taking the workout easier. The first one was a bit slow (4:44), but then the 1200 went pretty quick (3:20), and the first 800m was probably a bit too fast (2:10). On the second set we went 4:35, 3:19, 2:11. Clayton said his GPS watch had us about 7 seconds faster than our estimated course(Coach had wheeled this before, but without cones or anything to make sure we were running the same course, we just estimated where we thought we would end). I felt pretty good at the end, and probably could have done another set and still felt fine, but it was good to have it end there.
