PM-13.6 miles with strides. Coach follows us on a sketchy bike that didn’t have brakes, but he was fine.

PM-hobble creek. Progressive run up a canyon that’s around 8.3 miles. Kramer and I ran it in 44:51, which is quite a bit quicker than I’ve ever run, so it was a great workout.

| | AM-9.7 miles about. Ran from my apartment, saw Luke just after halfway and ran with him to the fieldhouse.
PM-8 miles with strides. Felt pretty good for the first 7, then some pain from a blister/callus. It’s all good though.

PM-Michigan today. It was hot and windy, but I think Coach gave us more rest than usual, so it wasn’t terrible. Went 4:28(track), 4:50(grass), 3:19(t), 4:48(g), 2:11(t), 4:46(g), 60(t), 4:42(g). I felt pretty good after the first grass mile. Lots of switching of who was leading between Jared, Milly, and Clayton. All of them were coming off hard Tuesday workouts and/or races from the weekend, so I led a bit more than usual. Jared always seemed to be holding back, but I guess that’s what you can do when you were 6th in the last Olympic Games.

PM-10.1 miles with Kramer and Clayson. We ran up to the Bonneville Shoreline trail and then down a nice dirt road in the foothills.

| | Long beautiful trail run. Mostly with Kramer and Adam wood. I felt pretty tired, so I stopped just after 19 instead of going the full 20.
