Run 20 miles. NONSTOP!
it was good. it felt good to not get up at seven, instead I got up and went running at 7:30.
We were only supposed to do 5 miles today, but we went over so I did 6 instead of 5.
Today we did a 6 mile run with a mile of striders so it all totals up to be 7 miles.
Today we did a barefoot run, the grass was wet so it kept my feet cool.
We ran in the Washington Fields today. It feels good to change it up a little bit.
