It felt really good. the pace was solid and it was an overall good workout.

Today was a bare foot run and I had a cut on my foot so the run was kindof painful, but at the same time it felt great.

I feel kind of like a wimp because we have been running 4 and 5 miles, but I would rather run 3 miles on grass and barefoot than run 4 or 5 miles on grass and barefoot.

It was a great run, next week I will be at AP camp and it will be a good opportunity to do some high altitude training.

It was actually a very fun run. we ran on the Hells Hole trail head. I will be gone the rest of the week so I will keep track of my runs this week and get back.

Today was great. We ran 3 miles in the morning and then in the afternoon I participated in a triathlon and ran one mile for my race and ran another mile with Devon on the way back to the docks at the reservoir.

Today was a great 5 mile run. after we did our 5 mile run we did a mile of striders. it felt great.
