Run 20 miles. NONSTOP!
I didnt run today because I was sick. :(
Today we went to the Bloomington Hills North Park. We also have our 12 hr Runathon tonight so that should be fun.
Today we finished up our runathon. We ran all through the night to rack up as many miles as many we could.
Today all of the Varsity Boys went running today with a 20 minute tempo. It was a good workout.
Today we went and did a good hard workout at Dixie High School while JV did the race.
Today was a nice run with striders at the end.
Today we did a good 3 mile easy run. just waiting for coach to tell me I can start doing Varsity workouts. we also did 4x200 because we have a race tomorrow.
Did about 3ish miles today at the race, well, it wasnt really a race it was mostly a time trial.
