Today was our long run. We ran to the Washington Fields and ended up turning around in the Pine View Estates.

It was a great run into the Washington Fields. Didnt feel so great when I got back but it was a great workout! :)

Today we ran 4 miles into Green Springs to the house with the big white pillars. And then in the afternoon we ran in the miserable heat fo just 3 miles and we did weights after we ran the 3 miles.

Today we did 3 miles in the morning and then at 3:45ish we headed for Cedar High School for the Cedar All Comers XC Meet. We ran 3 miles for the warm-up then we did the race, which was 3.1 miles then we did like a mile for the cool down. I really felt like I have improved since last season and that all of the extra running that I have done has definately paid off. I set my goal at the beginning of the summer to be 17:30, now I have to set a new goal since my time today was 17:26. I think my goal will be 16:30 now. I also hope to run a few varsity races.

Today we ran 4 miles + striders and we stopped at the 2450 East Park to do some barefoot running. Then in the after noon we are going to run what might be this years region course.

Well, today was the first day of school and i was looking forward to a nice easy run after school, unfortunately, it wasnt the nice and easy run that I hoped for. We went around Foremaster Ridge and the only good art about this run was that we stopped at the river and cooled off. The water felt amazing.

Today we did a good run to the Washington Fields and on the way back we stopped at the river for a relief from the killer heat. I also ran 3 miles in the morning.

Today we did a workout on the track. It was also one of our cooler days as far as temperature wise. There was also a pretty nice breeze so it was a good day to do a hard workout.
