Running Accomplishments:

Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.

5k-  21:00 (Oct. 2008)

10k-  41:07*

10 mile- (upcoming)

1/2 marathon- (haven't done it yet)

Marathon - Hopefully this year...

Short-Term Running Goals:

Sub 19:00 5k

Run one marathon within the next 12 months

Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.

Build back up to 60+ miles a week

Long-Term Running Goals:

Finish a marathon sub 3:00:00 

Personal:

A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!

Wow, who ever thought I would go for a run in Doha, Qatar. Check that box. It is super hot here already and if it wasn't for 20 mph winds it would have been already too hot at 7:00am. The winds plus not running very consistently lately lead to a bad run today...just didn't feel very good. Averaged an 8:18 pace.
