Running Accomplishments:

Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.

Sub 19:00 5k

Run one marathon within the next 12 months

Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.

Build back up to 60+ miles a week

Long-Term Running Goals:

Finish a marathon sub 3:00:00 

Personal:

A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!

Today was a really good run for me. It was at a good comfortable pace. I did the same course as yesterday and am enjoying this course more than any other I have done around here. I averaged a 7:34 today...that was without the running stroller and baby.  

 My time were almost all negatives except the second mile which was fairly uphill. I made up for it on the last three miles which were slightly rolling and then downhill.
