Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.
Build back up to 60+ miles a week Long-Term Running Goals: Finish a marathon sub 3:00:00 Personal: A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA.
