Run one marathon within the next 12 months
Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.
Build back up to 60+ miles a week Long-Term Running Goals: Finish a marathon sub 3:00:00 Personal: A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. | | Felt really good today considering I still had a full stomach from dinner...at least it felt that way. I tried to keep it slow, around an 8:00 pace, but the second half of the run my stomach felt better and it just ran what was comfortable. | | This morning's run felt great. I started off slower and worked my way into a faster run. I seem to naturally do this on almost all my runs. I am not sure if it is a good thing or not since I don't think there is anyway I could hit my first while within 45 seconds of my last...I guess not everyone has fast-twitch muscles.
