Cottonwood + Mr Elmer (9676') + 7 sisters loop.
Sweet loop made possible from South Fork of Cottonwood due to the hard work of many individuals contributing to the trail work necessary to clear a runnable trail. Job well done. Only a few more miles of work and its perfect. Erik and I took advantage of his work and had a great time out there. Beautiful day.

PM: Ran with Mike around the WD course. Took Bear Canyon up and ZZ Trail down to Canal then up Molly's to WD Tree. Down Coyote Ridge to Dry Canyon and home. 8 miles. 2700' vert

WDC (round 2) - 2nd place, 2:14 5K' vert in 10 miles
Just a lot of random routes up the mountain (2.5 laps) with a mountain top finish. Low key, local race put on by some great locals (now neighbors of mine). Erik, Mike, Cooper and I hung for the first climb. Erik threw down the hammer on the descent. I followed (barely) dropping Mike and Cooper and then on the next climb Erik dropped me increasing his gap the whole last lap. He won by 8 mins. High intensity pain for this lung buster. Good times.
