DC loop in reverse then a little extension in Little Valley at the end. 7:06 avg. Overall felt a little better than yesterday and just relaxed. Thought the pace was actually a lot slower during the run. Left quad is still super sore. Tried to roll it out with the stick and it's just too tender to put any pressure on. So it will be a few days before I can actually dig into it. Trying to put together some race plans for the spring and summer. Looking at maybe doing the LA marathon in March and then San Diego in June. Plans aren't final yet but nothing else really works in that time frame. I'd like a couple mostly flat and sea level races to see what I can do. Would love to break 2:30 again.
