Ran from Logan's house ALL the way out in Riding Dirty Town. Out and back on the parkway into town and down to Vernon Worthen park. Potty break there and then back. Dave and I extended at the end to get to 20 but we were so trashed and out of it that we went too far. We were all pretty trashed this morning and pace was super slow for a long run on the roads. It wasn't pretty or EZ but we got er done. 2:32:10 for the 20.5 miles

Sounds like a nice/long run. Sometimes I would much prefer those over 16 mins of pain in a 5k. Are you committed to running LA? I am tempted to run it because it would give me enough time to get ready for Ogden in May and it's a fairly fast, sea level course. There is also a fast 15k in Phoenix on March 11 that Jake is probably running that I am considering as well...or there is the Canyonlands Half. Too many choices.

I'd always prefer long and slow over a 5 or 10k. As for LA. I still haven't officially decided. But I'd like a flat sea level marathon about that time. You should come run it too. If you can get to STG you can ride down with us.
