Ice loop. Hip felt semi ok... I'll take it on a Monday morning. Sunday morning was picture perfect- calm, clear, and the temp dropped to 59F. It even felt a little cool. But today was windy and hot at 76F. It seemed though that most of the time today I had a tail wind. Even though.. I still hate wind.

6 miles this evening on the treadmill.
