B-hills/ River road loop again... I don't love this loop but I do like the distance. It's nice to just go out and not have to think about where I'll go to get the mileage I need. Plus I don't like wearing a garmin everyday. The run started out the way the last few days have. With a sore IT band and me limping along for about a half mile. Then it just works it's self out. I did use the foam roller last night but it even kind of hurt while I was in bed sleeping. Hopefully it's nothing serious because I don't have the right mind to fight off another injury.
